En PisoMatch ("nosotros", "la aplicaci贸n") nos comprometemos a proteger y respetar la privacidad de los usuarios. Esta Pol铆tica de Privacidad describe qu茅 informaci贸n recopilamos, c贸mo la utilizamos y qu茅 derechos tienes sobre tus datos personales conforme al Reglamento General de Protecci贸n de Datos (RGPD) y las directrices de Apple App Store.
1. Responsable del Tratamiento de los Datos
El responsable del tratamiento de los datos es el equipo de PisoMatch. Para cualquier consulta, ejercicio de derechos o solicitud de supresi贸n de datos, puedes contactarnos en: pisomatch.es@gmail.com.
2. Informaci贸n que Recopilamos
PisoMatch sigue un principio estricto de minimizaci贸n de datos. 脷nicamente recopilamos los datos estrictamente indispensables para la prestaci贸n del servicio:
- Credenciales de Autenticaci贸n: Correo electr贸nico y contrase帽a cifrada al registrarte o iniciar sesi贸n. La autenticaci贸n segura se gestiona mediante Supabase Auth.
- Criterios de B煤squeda y Filtros: Zonas, rango de precio y caracter铆sticas deseadas que guardas para recibir alertas de inmuebles compatibles.
- Identificadores de Publicidad (solo usuarios gratuitos): Identificador publicitario de tu dispositivo (IDFA en iOS) mediante Google AdMob, 煤nicamente si otorgas tu consentimiento expl铆cito a trav茅s del di谩logo nativo de App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Los usuarios con suscripci贸n Premium est谩n 100% exentos de rastreo publicitario y anuncios.
- Datos de Transacci贸n de Suscripci贸n: Identificadores aleatorios y an贸nimos de recibo gestionados por RevenueCat y Apple StoreKit para verificar la validez de tu plan Premium. PisoMatch nunca tiene acceso a los n煤meros de tarjeta de cr茅dito ni datos de pago bancario, los cuales son procesados de forma exclusiva por Apple.
3. Datos que NO Recopilamos
PisoMatch NO recopila ni almacena:
- NO Fotos ni galer铆a multimedia: La aplicaci贸n no accede ni recopila fotos de tu dispositivo.
- NO Contactos ni agenda: No accedemos a tu lista de contactos.
- NO Ubicaci贸n precisa en segundo plano (GPS): La b煤squeda se basa en nombres de ciudades, zonas o c贸digos postales seleccionados manualmente.
4. Autenticaci贸n Biom茅trica (Face ID / Touch ID)
PisoMatch ofrece la opci贸n de desbloqueo r谩pido mediante tecnolog铆a biom茅trica (Face ID o Huella dactilar) proporcionada por Apple iOS (framework LocalAuthentication). PisoMatch NO recopila, accede, almacena ni transmite ning煤n dato biom茅trico.
El reconocimiento y cotejo biom茅trico se ejecuta exclusivamente en el hardware de seguridad local de tu dispositivo (Secure Enclave). Nuestra aplicaci贸n solo recibe del sistema operativo un resultado binario (茅xito o fallo) para permitir el acceso a tu sesi贸n local.
5. Servicios de Terceros
Para el funcionamiento de la aplicaci贸n, utilizamos proveedores tecnol贸gicos de primer nivel con est谩ndares de seguridad conformes con el RGPD:
- Supabase: Base de datos segura y gesti贸n de autenticaci贸n de usuarios con cifrado en reposo y en tr谩nsito.
- RevenueCat & Apple StoreKit: Gesti贸n y validaci贸n t茅cnica de suscripciones en la App Store.
- Google AdMob & Firebase: Entrega de notificaciones push de nuevos anuncios y publicidad contextual bajo consentimiento ATT.
6. Eliminaci贸n de Cuenta y Supresi贸n de Datos
Conforme a las directrices de Apple (Guideline 5.1.1(v)) y al RGPD, tienes derecho a eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos personales de manera inmediata y definitiva en cualquier momento:
Tienes dos formas de eliminar tu cuenta:
- Desde la propia aplicaci贸n: Ve a Perfil > Zona de Peligro > Eliminar Cuenta Definitivamente. Tu cuenta, credenciales, filtros guardados y registros de sesi贸n se borrar谩n de manera inmediata e irreversible de nuestros servidores en Supabase y RevenueCat.
- V铆a Web o Correo Electr贸nico (sin necesidad de tener la app instalada): Puedes acceder a nuestra p谩gina directa de Eliminaci贸n de Cuenta o enviar un email a pisomatch.es@gmail.com con el asunto "Eliminar Cuenta PisoMatch" desde la direcci贸n de correo con la que te diste de alta. La solicitud ser谩 procesada en un plazo m谩ximo de 48 horas laborables.
7. Derechos del Usuario (RGPD)
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificaci贸n, supresi贸n, limitaci贸n del tratamiento y portabilidad de tus datos escribi茅ndonos a pisomatch.es@gmail.com.
8. Modificaciones a esta Pol铆tica
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar esta Pol铆tica de Privacidad cuando sea necesario por cambios normativos o de la plataforma. Notificaremos cualquier cambio sustancial a trav茅s de la aplicaci贸n.

2. Information We Collect
PisoMatch adheres strictly to the principle of data minimization. We only collect information strictly required to provide the core service:
- Authentication Credentials: Email address and encrypted password upon registration or sign-in. Secure authentication is handled via Supabase Auth.
- Search Criteria & Preferences: Geographic locations, price range, and desired property specifications saved to provide matching real estate alerts.
- Advertising Identifiers (Free users only): Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) through Google AdMob, only if you grant explicit permission via the native App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Premium subscribers are completely exempt from tracking and in-app advertisements.
- Subscription Transaction Data: Anonymous purchase receipt tokens managed by RevenueCat and Apple StoreKit to verify the status of your Premium membership. PisoMatch never has access to your credit card numbers or financial details, which are processed exclusively by Apple.
3. Information We DO NOT Collect
PisoMatch DOES NOT collect or store:
- NO Photos or Media Library: The app does not access or collect photos from your device.
- NO Contacts or Address Book: We do not access your contacts list.
- NO Precise Background Location (GPS): Property searches are based entirely on manually entered cities, neighborhoods, or postal codes.
4. Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)
PisoMatch offers optional fast biometric unlocking via Apple iOS biometric security (framework LocalAuthentication). PisoMatch DOES NOT collect, access, store, or transmit any biometric data.
Biometric recognition and verification are performed exclusively within your device's dedicated local hardware (Secure Enclave). Our application only receives a binary success/failure token from the operating system to grant access to your local session.
5. Third-Party Services
To deliver our service, we rely on industry-leading infrastructure providers that adhere to GDPR compliance standards:
- Supabase: Secure cloud database and authentication provider with encryption at rest and in transit.
- RevenueCat & Apple StoreKit: In-App Purchase technical management and entitlement verification on the App Store.
- Google AdMob & Firebase: Push notification delivery and contextual ads under explicit ATT consent.
6. Account Deletion and Data Erasure
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1(v)) and the GDPR, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:
Two convenient ways to delete your account:
- Inside the Mobile App: Navigate to Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account Permanently. Your account credentials, saved filters, and session records will be immediately and irreversibly purged from our Supabase and RevenueCat systems.
- Via Web or Email (without needing the app installed): Visit our dedicated Account Deletion Page or email pisomatch.es@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete PisoMatch Account" from your registered email address. The request will be completed within 48 business hours.
7. User Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or request portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please email us at pisomatch.es@gmail.com.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via the app.
